This is optional equipment for Soviet Reconnaissance Troops participants.

All equipment listed here can only be brought to the event with Admin approval.

AKMS with PBS-1 Suppressor

  • Issued two per platoon, no more than one per section.
  • Must have attended one Operation: East Wind event before being authorized to bring an AKMS with PBS-1 Suppressor.
  • The AKM (solid stock) is not authorized.
  • Must have correct (7.62x39) style magazines in either traditional metal, or Bakelite.

SVD with PSO-1 Scope

  • Issued one per section at any given time.
  • Must have correct PSO-1 or POSP optics installed.
  • Must have attended one Operation: East Wind event before being authorized to bring an SVD with PSO-1.

RPK-74

  • Must have attended one Operation: East Wind event before being authorized to bring an RPK-74.

PKM

AKS74u

  • The AKS74u is issued to specific personnel based on their assigned duties.
  • Vehicle Drivers are authorized the AKS74u as a primary weapon.
  • RPG-7 Gunners are typically issued the AKS74u.
  • Officers may opt to use the AKS74u.
  • Must have attended one Operation: East Wind event before being authorized to bring an AKS74u.
